- From groundbreaking to swim ready, most Barr Pool Builders projects take roughly 8 to 14 weeks depending on weather, excavation conditions, permitting, and the features you select.
- When should I schedule my pool build for the swim season?
- Utah's build calendar fills early. Homeowners who want to swim during the 2026 season should reserve a build slot now, and we are already pre-scheduling 2027 projects.
- Do you handle permits and inspections?
- Yes. We manage engineering, city and county permitting, and every required inspection across Davis, Weber, and Cache County so you never have to coordinate with the municipality yourself.
- Will my yard be torn up during construction?
- Excavation requires equipment access, so some disturbance is unavoidable. We protect access paths, stage materials carefully, and restore the work area as part of the finish phase.
- Who actually builds the pool?
- Our in-house team handles design, excavation, steel, plumbing, vinyl liner installation, and start-up. Your project is never handed off to an unknown subcontractor crew.
